Terms

                                                                    
1.Od 02.01.14 państwo dołączy tylko za zgodą Konfederacji.
2.Do 1.01.14, może przystąpić do konfederacji każdy kraj europejskie 
3.Państwo musi być europejskie oraz demokratyczne (albo monarchiczne)
4.Po dołączeniu do konfederacji państwo nie traci suwerenności.
                                                                                       
                                                                                                     
1.From 02.01.14 the state will join only with the consent of the Confederacy.
2.To 01.01.14, may accede to the Confederation of each European country
3.Your country must be European and democratic (or monarchical)
4.After joining the confederation of the state does not lose its sovereignty
